Fabricate a packaging material of RSC Carton Box Manually

Step 1 : Prepare materials, Tools and Personal Protector Equipment PPE
Items : Plain Board Sheet, Cutter / Knife,Pen ,Ruler & Kevlar Glove,Electrical Glue Gun

Step 2: Design

Draw carton box design on Plain Board Sheet.See attached sample drawing.

Step 3 : Cutting & Make Creasing

Cut outer as per drawing.Use blunt side to create creasing.

Step 4 : Apply Glue & Joining

Apply glue using electrical glue gun and join glue area as photo.

Step 5 : Tape

Tape at the Bottom
